Hey! I’m Deirdre, an avid walker living on the Wicklow-Wexford border in Ireland. As well as walking, I love travel and photography – and love sharing walking trails in Ireland (and occasionally abroad).

A native of Cork, I’ve travelled to four continents – and I’m always planning my next trip! You’ll find me with a book (preferably a crime novel), my phone, or a camera in hand.

Mindful walking? For me, it’s all about paying attention – to the sound of the waves, birdsong, the wind in the trees, my thoughts. I invite you to do the same!
